Major Italian outbound tour operator (FY24 €112M, ~1,800 curated partner agencies, USA #1 destination, Salesforce + Agentforce stack — Sky AI assistant built and currently disabled). NDA jointly signed 2026-05-18. The 6h IRL meeting that day collapsed the pre-meeting 6-products / €60k-pilot frame into THREE collaboration verticals: (1) Partnership commerciale CRM/gestionale to IPV's 1,800 partner agencies (setup fee 5-10k EUR + variable per-head + IPV revenue share; positioning open between IPV-fronted, imparziale-Cicero, or Alpitour), (2) B2C site redesign + presentation + social strategy for IPV consumer (Cicero builds API + final consumer layer on top of IPV's middleware; ipv-overdeliver.vercel.app already exists as Jarvis-built overdeliver), (3) Cicero app pilot integrated into IPV packages — Japan pilot in 1 week, free initially, replacing IPV's existing app rather than bolting on. Self-contained workspace at ~/workspaces/PIPELINE-IPV/ (github.com/LILETOAL/PIPELINE-IPV) consolidates all intel + redesign + dossier + CRM + meeting recaps. Follow-up email to IPV pending Giorgio's clarifications on 5 open items.
